​Sammantha Cree

​Sammantha Cree graduated with a Diploma in Ceramics from Hornsby Tafe in 2021. She specialises in wheel-thrown forms, working from her private studio based on Gadigal land. Her practice focuses on form and function presented through minimalist interpretations of everyday objects. These are ongoing investigations into our daily habits and rituals. She produces small collections of design-inspired pieces that allow space for her to explore her own experience through clay.  


Sammantha is one of the founding members of Flow Studios, a shared artist working space in Camperdown, NSW. She is the studio technician at Willoughby Arts Centre where she also teaches evening classes.
